Meat cutting and deboning with full traceability from carcass to batch

By scanning the carcass label, animal data is recorded and linked to the correct production order and batch number. Country of origin, slaughterhouse and other key data follow the raw material through the system as part of a continuous traceability chain. The carcass number is associated with a unique manufacturing run, ensuring that measurements, production details and any deviations are documented and can be reviewed later.

Production oversight and raw material utilisation

direct FOOD offers continuous visibility of output at each workstation, whether processing cattle or small ruminants. Produced volumes are recorded in real time, providing an accurate overview of primal cuts, semi-finished products, meat grading and by-products. Measurement data and on-floor registration

Close integration with scales, labelling systems and applicators ensures that data is collected directly at the point of processing. Data from equipment that measures fat content and detects foreign objects is automatically linked to the relevant production order and batch. This helps maintain high accuracy, reduces manual handling and improves documentation.
