IMG Comfort has expanded and modernised its factory in Thailand
IMG Thailand wanted a review of the production and how they use direct MES. AMS AS will perform improvements to increase productivity and flow of goods, these updates were discussed with the customer.
The first day involved a detailed walkthrough of the direct client desktop, production operation and challenges at IMG Thailand. Representatives from Thailand, Norway and Lithuania were present. Many relevant questions were asked throughout. The factory has been expanded and departments have been slightly relocated over the past few years to increase production.
The visit included a comprehensive review of how direct MES by AMS AS is used in the production line, with a factory tour to observe the production process and discuss challenges and potential solutions. This visit was also valuable for better understanding the client's needs and strengthening our relationships. It has since led to several valuable assignments from IMG.
