At this station in Dalir’s new factory, direct FOOD is tightly integrated into the production line. As raw material is fed in, Meatmaster continuously analyses the fat content and checks for foreign bodies, such as bones and metal.

The measurement data is registered directly in direct FOOD and forms the basis for precise meat sorting from 5 to 22% fat, tailored to product specifications and customer orders. At the same time, documented traceability is ensured from the analysed raw material to the finished product.

The system continuously logs the number of kilograms analysed and the end product to which the raw material is allocated. The operator has full real-time visibility and production is controlled based on documented measurement data.
